Miramontes
When designed ca. 1918 for Florecio Santiago Rivera (1855-1924), son of Clotilde Santiago owner of Hacienda Carmen in Coamo and brother in law of Pablo Cot, it was one of just a few rural setting designs done by Nechodoma. The fact Florencio Santiago and Pablo Cot were brothers-in-law may explain the reason why Nechodoma was commissioned to design both their homes.
It is located at Calle San José 101 Oeste and belongs to Felix J. Rivera Lupiañez.
